Receiving Emails

Lockbox uses email notifications for registration, invitations and optionally for activity in any of your boxes. This section has some advice in case you are unexpectedly not receiving such emails.

Lockbox Email Notifications not being Received

Make sure:

  • That emails from notifications@lock-box.net are NOT blocked/marked as spam by your mail server and client
  • Your network allows incoming traffic from the Lockbox domain.
