Lockbox private workspaces and secure portal are especially suited to those people and companies who need to safely share sensitive or confidential information. Our products have many advanced security and privacy features but are packaged in a way that makes them easy to use by just about anyone.
Lockbox workspaces differ from other solutions by ensuring end-to-end security including strong keys and client-side encryption. Information in a private workspace can only be accessed by those end users that have specifically been invited to that workspace. No-one else, not even us, can view the data because all information stored in the "cloud" is encrypted.
Client Workspaces
Lockbox client workspaces are special workspaces that allow clients to send/receive files via the business web site. The business simply embeds the Lockbox client portal on a page in their website to enable a very personalised way for clients to securely transfer files.
Private Workspaces
A Lockbox private workspace is an easy-to-use online collaboration place to privately share information with carefully selected people. The owner of the workspace controls who has access and all information in the workspace is completely private and hidden from everyone else, including us.
Lockbox Client Portal
Businesses can quickly provide a "secure client area" on their website using the Lockbox Portal which provides a client repository as well as providing an easy way to securely transfer and exchange files.
Dashboard
The Lockbox Dashboard runs in the Windows system tray and monitors activity in all of your Lockboxes. It provides real-time pop-up alerts and a summary of recent changes (history) within any of your Lockbox's. The Dashboard also provides a shortcut for starting the main Lockbox application.

Lockbox products offer many features, benefits and options in the areas of secure file transfer, secure file sharing and collaboration. Our pricing is based on simple annual plans with increasing discounts as the number of users grows.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on annual subscriptions which include an allowance for the users (you + your invited users) in your Lockbox community with generous storage and usage quotas. We only count each user once, so you can create as many boxes as necessary to suit your needs. Starting at $2.50 per user per month, our plans provide for increasing discounts as your requirements grow.
