A Lockbox portal may be branded with custom logos. This may be important when integrating into a company website to re-inforce the company image.

Client Portal Branding

The client box gateway login screen can hold up to two custom logos of your choice.

Set logo

Follow the below steps to upload a logo:

1. In the box navigation pane, select the box for whose client box gateway you would like to set a logo.
2. Right-mouse click the box icon to open the box’s context menu and select the ‘Manage Box’ item.
3. Select the 'Portal' tab and the 'Set Logos' section.
4. Select the logo tab, either
   • Logo 1
   • Logo 2.
5. Click the ‘Browse' button to open the ‘load logo’ file browser window.
6. Navigate to the image file of your choice in your local file system, select it and press the ‘Open’ button to load the image file
7. Press the ‘Set Logo’ button to save the changes.

Make sure your logos are of suitable size such that they do not overlap with any other elements of the login screen. The dimension should not exceed 200 x 100 pixels.

Supported file formats are *.gif, *.jpeg, *.jpg and *.png.

After any change to the logos, the client box gateway URL changes. Hence you need to update any reference to this URL in your Web portal.

Delete logo

To delete a logo:

1. In the box navigation pane, select the box of whose client box gateway you would like to delete a logo.
2. Right-mouse click the box icon to open the box’s context menu and select the ‘Manage’ item.
3. In the ‘eBox Applet’ section, press the ‘Delete logo’ button next to the logo you would like to delete

After any change to the logos, the client box gateway URL changes. Hence you need to update any reference to this URL in your Web portal.

Web Interface Branding

The applet gateway login screen can be branded with custom logos.

Add a Logo

The applet gateway login screen can hold up to two custom logos of your choice. Follow the below steps to upload a logo:

1. Go to the main menu and open the ‘File’ menu. Then select the ‘Preferences’ item.
2. In the ‘Applet Gateway’ section, press the ‘Edit logos’ button.
3. Continue from step 4 in the above "Add a Logo" section

After any change to the logos, the applet gateway URL changes. Hence you need to update any reference to this URL in your Web portal.

Delete logo

To delete a logo:

1. Go to the main menu and open the ‘File’ menu. Then select the ‘Preferences’ item.
2. In the ‘Applet Gateway’ section, press the ‘Delete logo’ button next to the logo you would like to delete.

After any change to the logos, the applet gateway URL changes. Hence you need to update any reference to this URL in your Web portal.
