Managing files and folders includes browsing, renaming, moving and deleting.
You can navigate your folders the same way you navigate folders in the local file system of your computer.
The box navigation pane lets you navigate through all available boxes and folders. If you wish to select a box, simply click on it and the file browser pane is updated to show its contents.
A little ‘+’ in the node of a box in the box navigation pane indicates that the box contains sub-boxes and/or folders. If you wish to navigate/browse through them, click the ‘+’ icon to expand a complete list of all available items.

Folders can be created as top-level folders in standard boxes, shared client boxes and client boxes as well as subfolders in existing folders. Folders are organised in a hierarchical fashion just like in the file system of your computer. A folder can be created by any user with full read-write access to a box/folder.
It is not possible to create new folders in a read-only folder.
It is not possible to create a folder that duplicates the name of an existing folder at the same level of the folder hierarchy of a box.
Clients cannot create folders in a shared client box.

Users can rename files and folders if they have read-write access to them.
Read-only files and folders cannot be renamed.
Clients cannot rename files and folders in a shared client box.
You can move files and folders using drag and drop.
Multiple files and/or folders can be moved together. To do so, mark multiple entries by clicking them with the mouse while holding the ‘Ctrl’ key of your keyboard before starting the drag and drop.
Files and folders cannot be moved across boxes.
Files and folders cannot be moved in/out read-only folders.
Clients cannot move folders in shared client boxes.
Files cannot be moved if a file with the same name exists in the destination directory.
If you move a folder into a directory in which a folder with the same name already exists, the contents of both is merged in the destination folder.

By default all files and folders in a box can be deleted by all users who have read-write access to them.
Multiple files and/or folders can be deleted together. To do so, mark multiple entries by clicking them with the mouse while holding the ‘Ctrl’ key of your keyboard.
Read-only files and folders cannot be deleted.
Clients cannot delete files and folders in shared client boxes.
