Clients access their Client Workspace by accessing a page on your website which embeds the Lockbox Portal. Typically, businesses create a "Secure Client Page" and all clients have to do is login using their name and password and they can view and interact with their Lockbox. (An example is shown on the right).

Setting up the Lockbox Portal just requires a new page to be added to the website with an embedded "iframe" (window which calls the Lockbox service). The Lockbox Portal does not require any server or firewall changes and handles all the strong security and privacy features.

Partner Portal

A Lockbox Shared Workspace may also be run within a web page, rather than popping up as a separate application. This allows people or businesses to have a "Secure Partner Page" on their website for sharing files or information with partners or associates.
