Branded portal

Easily add a website page e.g. "Secure Client Area" that is personalised for clients and reinforces the business brand each time they interact.

Client areas

Each client maps to a private client area. The client Lockbox may contain as many embedded folders as required to make it easy to find and organise information.

Quick setup

The client portal doesn't require any software installation for clients or changes to firewalls. The portal simply requires one line of HTML on a business web page and can be up and running in as little as 15 minutes.

Familiar interface

Intuitive buttons and ‘explorer’ like interface is quickly understood by clients.

Automatic compression

Files transfer up to 12 times faster - there is no need to manually ‘zip’ files first.

Side-by-side view

Workspaces may be mapped to local folders for easy synchronisation and the side-by-side view can quickly highlight files that have changed.

Notifications and history

Delivery notification via e-mail and online history so that staff invited to a box know what files are available to be picked up, when, what and by who.

Annotations

Notes may be attached directly to files to aid collaboration and communication.

Multiple business users

Invited staff can access client folders with their own personal id which facilitates workflow and accountability.

Administration

 

Simple administration

No IT involvement - any authorised staff member can add, delete or reset passwords for clients. Initial provisioning of clients can be performed using a simple bulk upload process.

Delegated administration

The box owner can authorise other people to administer a box. For example, this allows assistants of busy professionals to manage staff access.

File control

Files and/or folders may be set to read-only to protect long-term information.
