The Lockbox Dashboard runs in the Windows system tray and monitors activity in all of your Lockboxes. It provides real-time pop-up alerts and a summary of recent changes (history) within any of your Lockbox's. The Dashboard also provides a shortcut for starting the main Lockbox application.

The Lockbox Dashboard may be installed on any Windows machine (XP, Vista or Windows7).
Simply run the setup program (using link above).
If required, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 will be installed prior to the main setup. Note that this could take up to 10 minutes.
When the main setup runs, follow the steps in the Installation Wizard.

After installation you will need to enter your Lockbox credentials (email and passphrase) in order for the dashboard to run.
If you haven't run the (Java) Lockbox client before, then you may click "Register" on the Login screen. This will start the Lockbox registration wizard and guide you through the registration process.
When the Lockbox Dashboard is running, it runs as a process in the system tray (pictured right). It is most useful to keep this icon visible in the taskbar so that you can see whenever there have been recent updates to any of your Lockboxes.

The following mouse actions are supported:

When activity occurs in a Lockbox, soon after there will be a system notification message. This message shows the Lockbox name and the information about the file that was accessed (pictured right).
The Dashboard has many nice features and can be easily customized. Here are some examples:
The activity table columns can be re-organized by clicking on a column header and dragging it to a different position. Using the right click menu, they can also be hidden/shown.
Rows in the activity table can be conditionally formatted. For example, use the right click menu on a column header and select "Conditional Formatting". Then add a rule, say, to set the background colour to red if activity occurs from a given user.
The icon bar is customisable. Right click on the bar to enable/disable particular toolbars. Or click on any of the drop-down arrows in a tool set to add or remove buttons.
